What is individual therapy?

Individual therapy, also called psychotherapy or talk therapy, consists of one-on-one counseling sessions with a licensed mental health professional. They help you work through substance misuse issues or other mental health concerns, altering your thoughts, mood, emotions, behaviors, and lifestyle habits when necessary.

The AYA Rehab Center team helps you overcome addictions and other concerns by responding to challenging situations in a healthy, productive way.
